Compensation Policy:

  If the customer receives an item with slight damage to the outbox of the item, there will be NO compensation.

Kshopina is not responsible for any missing items of the product’s content; accordingly, there will be NO compensation.

Kshopina is not responsible for any damages caused by customs & clearance in the customer’s country.

Kshopina will compensate if the item is damaged during the local delivery, and the compensation will be variable from one point to another.

Replacement Policy:

 There is no replacement without a valid reason; the responsible team will see the replacement's availability in this case. If the reserve is impossible, like the item is out of stock, Kshopina cannot replace the item. The customer, not Kshopina, will pay the shipping fee.

Damage Policy:

 The customer has to follow the instructions for sending his complaint about the damaged item on Kshopina BOT.

If the damage is from outside; due to the clearance process of the customer’s country, KSHOPINA is not obliged to compensate.

If the damage is inside, and the product condition was unsealed, KSHOPINA is not obliged to compensate.
